About Us

Who We Are

CCFD is a Pennsylvania Nonprofit Association founded by a group of lawyers, mathematicians and other concerned citizens fighting to put an end to partisan gerrymandering in Pennsylvania.

CCFD is organized by Brian A. Gordon, a Lower Merion Township Commissioner, former candidate for U.S. Congress and constitutional attorney in the Philadelphia area.

It's time for fair elections in Pennsylvania.

Our Mission

Gerrymandering is subverting democracy in Pennsylvania.  The Pennsylvania Legislature has made a mockery of democracy by manipulating the redistricting process to give a party with 48% of registered voters control of 72% of Pennsylvania's US Congressional seats.

Our mission is to end gerrymandering.

Our Plan

We're taking legal action to stop gerrymandering in Pennsylvania, by having everyone abide by fair redistricting rules.

We need your help to fund the litigation. Every dollar helps.

Your contribution will help pay for court costs, legal fees, expert reports and witnesses.
